as one fellow said, if manager do not like you and your colour is not that colour which he or she like, does not make no difference to them how hard worker you are. I always stand for right things so they do not like me. So I suggest carefull before you join this company. I gave up when I have seen that they will not let me go up despite they comit I am good manager. But I do not fit in their group.

There is a glass ceiling. If you are not of a certain skin colour you will not progress above a certain point no matter how well you do.
I have seen very effective Managers pushed out just because they "do not fit in".
All and I mean all my former colleagues who have moved on say I am mad for sticking around.
